Skies On Fire
People ask me what my biggest tip for photography is and I have to say one of my favorites is to look behind you.  Some of the best photographs I have ever gotten have been when there is an amazing scene in front of me and then I turn around and find something even more incredible behind me.  This was one of those shots.

Photo of the Day: February 17, 2015 (Pink Skies Over Gray Wolf)

I recently was asked by a follower why I had stopped posting my photos of the day...and the truth is life just got in the way.  At his request, I am going to try to start posting them again.  So, today I thought it fitting that I start with the mountains that inspire me most. I hope you enjoy.  <3 Christine

Pink Skies Over Gray Wolf

The other night I saw my daughter grab her iPod and run outside---this is what she was running to take a picture of.  I couldn't agree with her more that it was a picture worthy sunset.

Fire Skies Through a Window

Tonight's sunset may have been one of the most incredible sunsets I have ever observed. I left the highway, drove the back roads and took some pictures, but mostly enjoy the beauty. A unique view of the fire-like sunset through the trees in Arlee. September 2013.
