Meade Hotel
Originally built in 1875 in Bannack, Montana, as the first Beaverhead County Courthouse, it remained empty for nearly a decade after the county seat was moved to Dillon, Montana in 1881.  The building was purchased and transformed in a hotel by Dr. John Christian Meade in 1890.  Hotel Meade operated on and off until the 1940s.  Bannack is one of the best preserved ghost towns in Montana.

Skies On Fire
People ask me what my biggest tip for photography is and I have to say one of my favorites is to look behind you.  Some of the best photographs I have ever gotten have been when there is an amazing scene in front of me and then I turn around and find something even more incredible behind me.  This was one of those shots.
